Come a rest as you are held in some deeply nourishing Earthy vibrations. 🌍🍃🌳
There is a lot going on in the world right now and we want to create a gentle, sound bath where we can truly rest and reconnect to ourselves.
We will be working with some grounding Earthly percussion, the Himalayan singing bowls and Our Sacred Sun Gong.
There will be time at the end of the sound bath session to process and connect. ✨🧘🏾🧘🏻♀️✨
