Have all the benefits of a one to one sound therapy session as a couple. You don’t have to be in a romantic couple to book these! You can be friends, family any two people who would like to share the experience.
You have the choice of either the Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls or Himalayan Singing Bowls.
Each treatment begins with a consultation and chakra diagnosis, followed by a personal Sound Therapy session tailored to your individual needs followed by some time at the end for grounding and processing.
Taking place in my sound therapy room in central Glossop.
*Please note sound therapy sessions may not be suitable if for people who have a pacemakers, stent or shunt, a history of epilepsy (especially sound-triggered or musicogenic epilepsy), those in their first trimester of pregnancy, Meniere's disease or if people who have had a recent operation or injury or severe mental health conditions. If you have any of the conditions listed please consult a medical professional before booking a session and make sure you let the practitioner know before your arrival. :)
