Comiting to a block of sound healing therapy sessions can be such a gift, whether it is for yourself or a loved one. Each sound therapy session will be catered to you or your loved ones needs catered to your loved ones needs with a choice of the angelic deep healing vibrations of quartz crystal bowls or ancient warm tones of the Himalayan bowls. This can be quite a transformative journey.
Each treatment begins with a 15 minute consultation and chakra diagnosis. 30 minutes of sound therapy and 15 minutes of grounding and process.
Taking place in my sound therapy room in central Glossop.
Home visits can also be organised within 10 mile radius my home in Glossop. Please contact me directly if a home visit is more preferable.
If you are further than this there may be an extra charge for milage.
*Please note sound therapy sessions may not be suitable if for people who have a pacemakers, stent or shunt, a history of epilepsy (especially sound-triggered or musicogenic epilepsy), those in their first trimester of pregnancy, Meniere's disease or if people who have had a recent operation or injury or severe mental health conditions.
